Following the release of their debut album Visitor, intergalactic artist Dominic Sen returns with new alt-pop single ‘Steal Me Away’.

The account of Alex Cohen’s fictional alien protagonist Til Naata as she arrives on Earth and encounter’s all its complexities, ‘Steal Me Away’ tells the tale of a new female protagonist in a post-apocalyptic world who has the power to heal thanks to her own freak encounter with radiation.

The story is a reflection of Sen’s own internal struggle being an artist “in a world where I sometimes feel that my intelligence and compassion could be put to better use.” The figure in the track “must make the decision between helping the few others that she encounters who are sick and injured and doing what she needs to do to survive herself.”

With a bright and catch alt-pop sound not a million miles away from PC Music yet with a far more understated execution, ‘Steal Me Away’ is cut with shimmering synth work and potent hooks that perfectly highlight Sen’s vocal.

‘Steal Me Away’ is available now via Roll Call Records.
