On the day London based pop duo Berne release solar powered website, they turn up the heat in climate change inspired debut EP ‘Stay’

Released today, Berne’s debut EP ’Stay’ features a thought-provoking climate change influence. Alongside 3 previously heard singles, ‘Stay’ features new single ‘Heat’. A tribute track to climate change, and a worthy cause we may add, the EP is coated with charming synths, delicate vocals and intimate percussion.

On the EP, the London based duo stated, “The songs on the EP were written with the power of change in mind. They are a reflection of the things that we we would like to see changed in the world, such as more equality and better care for our planet, so we decided to write about them.

When we learned about how much energy is consumed by the internet, we were keen to delve deeper. We discovered the concept of low impact websites that run on renewable energy and do away with data-heavy elements and we were hooked! We’ve been building and developing the website for the past month and would like to encourage other artists and website-owners to look into this.

In fact, we’re inviting Clout readers who are interested in making the internet a cleaner place to get in touch with us. We can point you in the right direction and guide you through the process.”

With a brand new website being delivered today too, Berne’s are important humans in this hectic world. Passionate about their close community, sustainability and the environment around them, Berne create music without limitations.

Soulful with a cutting edge, the alternative sound the two piece bring to the table gives a whole new meaning to the word ‘life’.

Exquisite. The debut EP and website is out now.
