Brighton songstress Elba Rose blends electro-pop with indie folk in latest hit ‘blind’

An artist with her eyes set firmly on a successful career, ‘blind’ is the third release from the Brighton based songwriter.
Elba told us that, “I was inspired to write it after watching someone close to me going through grief after losing a loved on. At the time I was also going through what was the first big loss of someone close to me in my life, and I remember finding it really hard to wrap my head around someone being here and then not. And that’s largely what these lyrics are about.
This track wasn’t meant to be a sad track though, I think for me ‘blind’ is about coming to terms with something that’s affected you in a big way and coming out the other side.”
‘blind’ walks through a nostalgic production with a free spirited nature, and states that there’s always light end of the tunnel.
