Netherlands based singer-songwriter Loeck Swinkels releases second single of the year ‘Please Be Gone’

Using songwriting to tell his personal stories, new single ‘Please Be Gone’ uses a simple arrangement yet speaks a language we can all understand someway.
Loeck told us that, “Please Be Gone is one of the most personal songs I’ve ever written. This song is mainly about my own experience. I wrote this song when my trust was broken by my (at that time) best friend. As I started recording the song with my singing teacher Sofia Dragt, I noticed it missed something, it just didn’t feel right.
A week later or so we started recording the guitar for A Better Place. That’s when I realized the song needed guitar in it. When the guitar started playing, it was like magic. I started falling in love with this song.”
‘Please Be Gone’ could well be Loeck Swinkels’ most personal track to date.
