Guildford based indie-pop duo Son of Cabe return with their fourth single of the year ‘Whistler‘.
Beginning as a solo project by songwriter/producer Conor McCabe, the project blossomed into a two-piece when Conor met drummer and co-producer Jack Holland at university.

Sick of constantly reading depressing content on the news and social media, Son of Cabe took to songwriting and created ‘Whistler’.
A sort of track that was only created once hit breaking point, and needing that escapism from toxicity, the track feels natural and something that should have been in our lives all along.
‘Whistler’ is fuelled with an unforgettable melody, warm harmonies and irresistible instrumentation.
Everything you’d want from an indie-pop release, the empathetic number is especially relevant to the current times.
