The summery new single is the first taste of the band’s forthcoming debut EP
Armed with a pop-tinged indie rock sound that has seen them to beginning to highight themselves as one of the UK’s more exciting emerging bands, Slow Life have been putting together a collection of tracks that are packed full of vibrancy, life, and a lush melodic appeal, with their fifth single ‘Last Train’ just the latest showcase of this.
The new release, the first taste of the band’s upcoming EP, serves as a light and easygoing look at a long-term relationship, exploring the ups and downs in a realistic and romantic way, capturing the imperfections, the nuances, and everything that makes it feel special and real. There is a really charming feel to their sound that shines throughout the track, feeling laid-back in its approach but still full of energy and a memorable sense of poppy, immersive guile. We can’t wait to hear what else the EP has to offer from the band.
