“I wrote Laugh Track as a way to process the feeling of always being ‘on’ – like I’m performing even when no one’s watching. ” Ava says of the track. “I’ve always had this weird sense that my life is being observed, like I’m in some kind of TV show where my mistakes are the punchline. This song is me stepping back and asking, ‘Am I in control of my own story, or am I just playing a part?’
