Boasting a sound and style that belies her 20 years, Ellur feels like a fully formed pop megastar on brand new release ‘Moments’.

The singer-songwriter has been writing songs since she was just 11 years old, and her writing and sound feels more realised and concise than ever on this emphatic new release, building to a climatic chorus that feels effortlessly cathartic and replayable. From its opening moments to its abrupt end, ‘Moments’ is a statement from Ellur that leaves you clawing for more from the emerging artist, and with an EP of the same name coming soon, we can’t wait to hear it.

“I wrote Moments last winter after a breakup and it was this really sad, brooding ballad, but it really transformed when we took it to the studio.”  Ellur says of the track. “It became a sort of happier reflection on that relationship and the better times of it. The final section where I really go for it, is probably my favourite bit and the lines “But all the years I’d trade, for a second to stay, in this moment we made” are some of my favourite lyrics I’ve written.”
