Speaking on the meaning behind the track, Ellysee Mason explained, “It’s a breakup song where we are blaming each other and not seeing sense on how we’re both hurting each other. It’s our representation of what it feels like to be in the thick of it, where the fuckery and fire punctures the surface of an argument and it reaches boiling point. These are what I see as the points of no return in a relationship where we say things that basically mean there’s no turning back.”
