The track provides a stark reminder of the fact that the artist is always growing and evolving, showcasing yet more versatility from the artist laid to a chilled out, orchestral backdrop. ‘Never Learn’ is an homage to personal growth, and details some of the difficulties of growing apart from people and going your own way. There are some really cool, thoughtful moments here lyrically and musically, but while the lyrics speak about her growth as a person, the music does a stellar job of showcasing her growth as an artist.
