Emerging Massachusetts outfit Indoor Friends burst onto our radar earlier this year with a slew of engaging and infectious alternative rock singles that have immediately established the polished and exciting sound of the outfit.
Following on from debut single ‘I Hate It Here’ and the emphatic, CLOUT-lauded ‘Finally Enough’, is their third single ‘Are You Sorry Yet?’. The track is more measured and nostalgic in nature, reminiscing about messy past relationships and daydreaming about getting their own back somehow. There is a really endearing feel to the sound throughout, despite the bitterness that can seep through at times, and the track showcases a different, more thoughtful approach to their sound. Whether crafting reflective pieces of work like this or veering onto the more explosive side, Indoor Friends are becoming well established as a band that have tonnes of upside.
