UK duo LOWER LOVEDAY are an outfit that are renowned at this point for their upbeat and anthemic brand of insatiable indie pop, and with each track that they release, this idea just seems to be reinforced and perpetuated.

The latest of which is the huge new single ‘Losing Touch’, a track stacked full of infectious melodies and a soaring, immersive pop sensibilities. In an age where pop can often feel at sanitised and cookie-cutter as it ever has, LOWER LOVEDAY are more than happy to inject a sense of heart and rawness into the scene, with an earnest sense of authenticity and charm that permeates their sound throughout. ‘Losing Touch’ is a really great track that encapsulates the fun spirit and catchy, hook-laden sound that Lower Loveday have made their own.

Of the new single, ‘Losing Touch’ singer Mark says, “The track describes a claustrophobic feeling of being trapped within the confines of a job that you don’t want to be in. This combined with a feeling that the world is slipping through your fingers because you are ‘losing your touch’ in terms of what you thought made you special – set to the soundtrack of a thumping, anthemic pop song.”
