The track features production from German dance producer Gummy DJ
An immersive new collaboration that pairs the heartfelt appeal of British singer-songwriter Maddox Jones with the soaring style of German dance producer Gummy DJ, ‘Somebody Like You’ is a track that sees the artists coming together to create a sound and style that feels distinctive and fresh, packed full of memorable moments and dancey vibes.
The track does a great job of bridging the gap between Maddox’s emotionally charged edge and the club-ready euphoria of Gummy DJ, making for a track that has a real sense of warmth and dynamism to it throughout. The contrast between the euphoric drops and the more intimate and stirring moments makes for a relaese that keeps you on your toes throughout, highlight the strengths of both artists and ambitious way that their styles can come together.
