With a plethora of writing and production credits to his name already, POLUN (寶麟) is ready to step to the forefront with his debut EP Trillium. The first release from the EP is ‘Higher Ground’, a track featuring the vocals of CLOUT favourite Gracie Ella that showcases best of both artists.

Everything from the thoughtful, expansive production on the track to Gracie’s sultry vocals feels effortlessly cool and engaging, making for a sound that feels both cutting edge and readily accessible, both razor sharp and impossibly smooth. As far as engaging and exciting electronic pop goes, it’s hard to look past this as one of the most enticing releases in recent memory.

As POLUN explains about the debut single Higher Ground: “Higher Ground combines all the things I love about dance, pop and R&B music. I knew I wanted a playful yet sexy vocal to complement the slower tempo of the groove. As soon as I heard Gracie’s voice on the track, it just felt right. Her sultry and soulful voice was the perfect finishing touch on this bop!
