Ahead of their upcoming debut album, Miro Shot deliver the goods with infectious indie-dance jam ‘Half of Us’
Miro Shot have been on something of a meteoric rise as of late and their latest offering ‘Half of Us’ looks to keep them headed in that same trajectory. While the collective are most well known for their unique and captivating live experience, their releases provide gradual reminders of the nuance and attention that is plied into their technical yet innately catchy sound. Thankfully, ‘Half of Us’ is no exception.
“Half of Us is about the way we interact with each other through technology – the good and the bad, from the most hurtful trolling to the most heart warming Skype calls to relatives.” Miro Shot told us. “It’s a way of saying ” Use this tool, and understand it, or it will use you”“
Miro Shot is more like a living breathing organism than a band, mutating and changing endlessly, their collective is open to anyone and currently has around 450 members, ‘Half of Us’ is a succinct declaration of everything that they are about and a taster of what to expect from them in the future.
