Grammy nominated music producer and multi-instrumentalist Ran Pink releases indie pop anthem ‘No Brainer’
Ran Pink returns with first release for 2020 with ‘No Brainer’, taken off the upcoming album ‘Guilty Pleasures’. During quarantine, Ran finished the songs from over the past few years and created the album.
Owner of Fonogenic Studios, Ran has collaborated, recorded, engineered and produced various names such as The Wallflowers, Dave Grohl, Band of Horses, and Taylor Hawkings to name a few.
On the release, Ron stated, “This song seemed to have rolled off my tongue. I often record myself improvising vocals over my music in an attempt to capture a stream of consciousness. I usually have to translate myself and edit the words that come out. But this one I mostly left as is and I understood the message. Be grateful for what you have.”
“No Brainer’ is fuelled with every element you want for an indie hit. Nudging towards an eclectic flavour, the ambient soundscape is layered with grooves designed to make you dance and sing along too.
