Electrifying indie band The Cavs unleash dynamic anthem ‘Man in the Suit’ into the wild
Set to release their compelling new anthem ‘Man in the Suit’ worldwide tomorrow, The Cavs are the ambitious indie rock band you need in your life.
Delivering soaring melodies, empowering lyrics and relentless energy throughout, the new single carries a strong message against capitalism.
Speaking about their new release, The Cavs reveal, “‘Man in The Suit’, put simply, is about if those who lived at the top lived life at the bottom, even just for a day, the world would be a better place. The song was written in 2019 and recording started in early 2020.
Due to the pandemic, recording took the best part of a year to finish. Whilst this was the case we found that the meaning of this song grew far more prominent as the year unfolded. It means alot to us as a band and we hope the message resonates to musicians, artists, creatives and people alike.”
Adding to the track’s writing process, The Cavs shares, “Chris had the riff for this song since about 2016, it just took until this last year or two to really get a narrative for the story being told.
It needed a direction that matched the riff and once we had both the rest, as they say, is history.”
Taking their vivid sound to the next level, this could easily be the track that puts The Cavs at the top of Manchester’s finest bands list.
