TwentyTwenty ‘Radiate’ their diverse sound in latest single

Creating energetic performances both in the studio and live, TwentyTwenty’sRadiate‘ lives up to expectations. Showcasing their diverse range of genres, the new single illuminates a forcefield of alternative rock, indie, dream-pop and even psychedelia.

Recorded at Whitewood Recording Studios alongside engineer Robert Whitley (The Wombats), and mastered by LIPA Tech student Nathan Chinn, ‘Radiate’ is the second release from a trio that are quickly becoming a new favourite on the Liverpool music scene.

On the release, Patrick of TwentyTwenty told us, “‘Radiate’ for me marks a point in my life and career where I could see myself starting to take music seriously. This song comes from one of those nights where you’re sat alone in a room wanting to write something and just hoping you’re lucky enough to pick something out, which I’m sure most musicians can relate to one way or another.

All I hope for with this song is that we can help brighten up someone’s day and make them sing in the car on the way home.’

‘Radiate’ is accompanied by a hazy production that reminisces the sound of summer. A glistening number that escapes the doom and gloom of the world’s current situation, ‘Radiate’ shines optimism throughout.

TwentyTwenty’s name may be an omen, and a year we won’t be forgetting anytime soon, but the trio are clearly stating they’re also a band you won’t be leaving behind as we step into 2021.
