Scottish indie rock outfit Retro Video Club are back with a brand new EP SITUATIONS and the new single ‘Breakup Songs’.
The track starts off slow before exploding into a wall of sound, packing the unique marriage of cutting edge and moments of melodic bliss that the outfit have grown known for over time. There is a real sense of catharsis and release around the track as it grows towards something that feels like an instant indie rock anthem.
Speaking of the lead track, the group said: “Break Up Songs is two fingers up to sadness, and a dedication to moving on from a toxic relationship and working on yourself.”
