ROE does a stellar job of melding this vulnerability and openness with moments of sheer power and strength, and there are bursts of noise and emotion in ‘I Dare You’ that provide a rousing sense of juxtaposition, making for a track that feels ever-interesting and packed full of memorable, catchy moments.
