Mysterious singersongwriter Sipper returns with the dreamy indie pop of ‘room’. Following the release of their 2020 EP Kid.
Opening with the coursing bassline and drumbeat, the track meanders along at a leisurely pace. Jovial and bright guitar work decorates ‘room’ and only emphasising the lighter atmosphere, whilst the soft co-vocals of Joe Beerman and Bay Area artist urbanation muse upon an indecisive lover.
It’s all a bit Deerhunter, and that’s great.
