The track is the third single from Sister Lucy’s upcoming EP Big Girl Pants
Abi Sinclair, better known as Sister Lucy, only has three tracks under her belt but seems to have crafted a distinctive sound that feels both emotional and engaging with devastating effect.
She refers to her tracks as “Country-Grunge headbandgers you can scream-sing along to”, and this feels like an apt description of her latest release ‘Best At Being Sad’. A track that ambles along with a foreboding feeling that it is building to an emphatic and cathartic climax that encapsulates the energy and guile that the artist has. The track and her previous two releases are set to be part of Sister Lucy’s upcoming EP Big Girl Pants which is dropping on November 17th.
