Having established a rousing and memorable sound on his debut single ‘Sing Our Kids to Sleep’, rising UK artist The Easter Parade has followed it up with the stirring sophomore release ‘Yesterday’s Grace’, a moving piano-led track inspired by the Sergio Leone film ‘Once Upon a Time in America’.

Building on the feeling of nostalgia from his reflective debut, the track has a gorgeously cinematic feel to it throughout that builds and swells in the most satisfying fashion. The gorgeous marriage of the piano and the strings and the atmospheric way that that it progresses feels inspired, the artist has said that he often finds himself envisioning his music as if it were accompanied by the visuals of an old black-and-white film set, and that kind of timeless and resonating appeal radiates from this new release.
