The track follows his piano driven EP The Piano Sessions from late last year.
Gonna skip the intro here because I’ve said that Tom A. Smith is a really excellent and exciting new UK talent in every way that I can think of at this point.
His new single ‘Little Bits’ is a track that feels as motivational and uplifting as anything that the artist has written before, from its bouncy, energetic drive to the artist’s charming, affirming lyrics. ‘Little Bits’ is that push that you need to achieve whatever it is that feels just out of reach, set to the artist’s unique and captivating brand of raw and powerful guitar rock. Tom has a sound that he can turn into either ballads or anthems depending on what he is trying to convey at the time, and he is capable having mountains of success with both.
Adding about ‘Little Bits’ he said, “Whilst on tour with Gang of Youths, singer/songwriter Dave talked through his process when he wrote a song. As soon as I came back I put it into practice and this is what I came up with. The challenge I set myself was to write a song that would be great in Rocky IV and I think this works really well.”
