The uplifting new single is the second from their forthcoming new EP The Hotel
Having made a triumphant return with their recent single ‘Nothing Seems To Matter Now’, UK indie pop outfit VICTORS have released a second glimpse of their upcoming new EP The Hotel in the form of the soaring and optimistic new single ‘Keep Living’.
The track has an affable feel to it that is easy to fall in love with and find yourself immersed in. So many people are edging towards their 30s and are still unsure of who they are or what they want to be, and ‘Keep Living’ is a reminded to keep pushing forward and believing in the process, and in the process makes for a ridiculously charming and easy-going listening experience that has commercial appeal written all over it. The rich guitars and synths do an impeccable job of setting the tone for the track, and aid it in feeling as inspiring and warm as possible.
“After our previous EP in 2021, we decided we wanted to write more positive sounding tracks to stand out from what had come before.” VICTORS say of the track. “‘Keep Living’ is the perfect example of that. It’s about hitting your mid to late 20s, still being unsure of yourself and where you’re going. Still making those same mistakes and wrong turns, but also realising that that’s what living is, and that we have to just keep going in order to grow and eventually find our way.”
