The trio continue to establish their inescapably fun brand of exciting, modern indie pop.

Their upbeat and catchy brand of indie pop has won Brighton trio Wild Horse a tonne of acclaim over the last few years, with Jack Baldwin, Henry Baldwin & Ed Barnes showcasing a sound that is as versatile and invariably engaging throughout a raft of releases that explore their fun sound.

The latest of these is ‘Tangled’, an 80s flavoured synth-pop banger about the difficulties and struggles that come with trying to maintain a long-distance relationship, melding the uncertain narrative with their signature, upbeat style to create a fun juxtaposition. Everything here feels fresh and intoxicating, from the coolness of the bassline, to the warmth of the synths, to their ever engaging vocal hooks. Their funk-laden brand of guitar pop is capable of making anything sound exciting and dynamic, and although the release burns with an emotional and thoughtful edge, it is the vibrancy and charismatic charm of their sound that shines through as it always does.
