Birmingham based indie outfit Overpass release their debut single ‘One Night Lover’
Well… it’s Friday the 13th in 2020… I don’t know about you, but we’re feeling tense with what today will bring. Fortunately, overpass are here to save the day.
The Birmingham based indie rockers release their debut single ‘One Night Lover‘, and it’s fuelled with youth.
Armed with memorable melodies, confidence and everything a debut should be, ‘One Night Lover’ was highly anticipated and lives up to all expectations.
overpass told us, “One Night Lover’ represents a massive milestone for us as a band, as it was the first piece of original music we shared on social media, and is now going on to be our first single almost a year later. The positive feedback we received after posting early clips of us rehearsing this song is what gave us the encouragement to think that we could actually take the band somewhere beyond playing covers.
Definitely something to be proud of and forever looking back on this achievement, overpass will look back on this in years to come and think that’s the moment that our world changed.
Influenced by the likes of The Strokes, The Wombats and early Arctic Monkeys, overpass showcase how strong the Birmingham music scene is.
