The track is from the Welsh artist’s excellent new EP Everybody’s In Love
With the release of his absorbing debut EP Everybody’s In Love, emerging UK indie artist Brook Fox has done a great job of fleshing out and continuing to establish a sound and style that is packed full of heart and authenticity, making for a collection of tracks that feel as real and resonating as they are catchy and fun.
A track that epitomises this appeal is the opener ‘Together’, a track that is packed full of colourful guitar hooks and memorable social commentary that echoes the kind of appeal that artists like Riscas and Sam Fender have, while injecting it with Brook’s personality and insight to give it a unique and thoughtful edge. There is a bouncy and fun feel to the track, as the artist addresses small town struggles and the urge to find a way out and explore something bigger and less claustrophobic. It makes for a really engrossing release throughout and one that has a brisk, hook-laden appeal that will stick with you for days.
