The track was inspired by the artist being horrified and affected by the hostility and division she was witnessing online towards people of different races, cultures and backgrounds, and instead tries to offer a message of empathy and unity through an expansive, genre-crossing sound. The end result is a track that borrows from a wide range of styles to create something that feels like it encompasses a whole spectrum of ideas, much like how it takes all kinds of people to make a world.
