Beth Duck returns with the euphoric pop of new single ‘Nomophobia’ – and there’s a debut EP on the way!

Her first single to be released in 2020, the track follows last year’s ‘A Little More’, a collaboration with American producer and DJ Olmos. This time enlisting Berlin-based duo One By One, ‘Nomophobia’ sees Duck scale new heights.

Decorated with buoyant beats and bright, punchy synths, ‘Nomophobia’ is euphorically poignant electro-pop for the Millennial and Gen-Z’s amongst us. With a sound that is destined for mainstream devotion, the track is a hint of how Duck has upscaled both her songwriting and vocal ability.

“‘Nomophobia’ is the irrational fear of being without your mobile phone,” shares Duck of the inspiration behind the track. “And this song was inspired by a realisation that we, as a generation, have become so obsessed with our phones that we are stuck online in a cyber world where we no longer need to hang out in real life.”

‘Nomophobia’ is available now. Beth Duck’s debut EP Looks Like I Have A Life is set to drop later this year.
