The track follows their eponymous debut single ‘Damn The Wolves’.
Melding the sheen of 80s pop with a more rugged, punk rock energy, exciting UK trio Damn The Wolves have carved out a unique place for themselves in the scene, bubbling underneath the surface and beginning to make waves with their two initial releases.
Towards the end of the year they emerged with their eponymous debut single ‘Damn The Wolves’, and they have now followed that up with ‘Rules’, an energetic and anthemic new release that builds with a real sense of purpose and drive. The sheer rawness and passion that is poured into their sound seeps through every inch of the track, echoing a narrative that surrounds believing in something or someone so strongly that it doesn’t matter what the rules are or what anyone else says. The outfit are undeterred by the titular ‘Rules’ and are willing to stop at nothing to get what they want, and this is something that is going to serve them well as they continue to smash down doors and establish their anthemic sound.
