Dance Lessons release killer debut ‘SMABTO’

We love a good debut single here at CLOUT, especially when it's as class as Dance Lessons' 'SMABTO'.

It will be the first headline tour for the 21-year-old singer-songwriter.

We love a good debut single here at CLOUT, especially when it’s as class as Dance Lessons’ ‘SMABTO’.

This London-based trio, Ann, Nat & Tom are a female-produced and fronted trio creating mercurial dance-pop.

With all the ingredients that a pop track needs to be a hit, they’re off to a strong  start. Ann’s vocals are front and centre and sound as bold and effortless as can be, utterly encapsulating.

They sit upon a smooth and sleep production including a vivacious sax line.

Speaking on the track they explain that “relationships are complicated and messy, but sometimes they’re just straight up mistakes. This isn’t a serious song about love, but more a lighthearted take on the people that come into our lives and turn out to be mistakes.”
