Glass Peaks share ‘São Paulo’ from debut EP

Glass Peaks have been working very hard over the past few years and it definitely shows, with them now firmly placing themselves at the forefront of emerging indie.

The track is a statment of intent from the indie outfit.

Taken straight from their debut EP It’s Raining On The Wrong Side of the Window, Glass Peaks have released ‘São Paulo’.  An emotional rollercoaster in a gigantic, anthemic indie package.

Lyrically, the track is about the emotional ride a failing relationship can put you through, which we all know, can be pretty rough. Speaking on the track the band explain that, São Paulo is a song for anybody who has ever experienced any kind of colossal failure in a relationship, whether it be funny, tragic, cringe-worthy or otherwise. It’s for the guys or girls on dates who need to get out of there quickly, it’s for those who are sad about the fact that something that they thought was special didn’t quite turn out as they’d imagined. São Paulo attempts to navigate the rollercoaster of emotions one might go through in any given situation in relation to love, sex and relationships.”
