“I often think songs are an insight into someone’s personal diary, exposing them of all their vulnerabilities.” Joe says. “They allow you to get into their mind and feel the emotions of the writer. I feel there’s no purer way to feel every word and emotion a writer is feeling than through being in the room with them whilst they perform their art. There’s something so magical about that, something that is hard to replicate in any other form of life.”
