“We were set to go and record a couple of new songs with Dan Weller at the start of April. “Frontman Connor O’Mara has said of the track. “However due to the lockdown, the recording session was obviously canceled. This meant we had to improvise and adapt with how we could get some new material out. 

Misunderstood was written and recorded in Rye’s bedroom, the song was so fun to write, it all just seemed to fall into place over two days. We then sent the stems to Dan to be mixed. We hope that it brings people a bit of joy right now.”
