Announcing their arrive with some spunky rock energy, MINT make themselves heard on ‘Goodbye Beautiful’. For fans of The Wythces, the new single drops right before their February tour.
With squealing and reeling guitar work, ‘Goodbye Beautiful’ is a maelstrom of frenetic energy that encapsulates all that the Grimsby outfit are about. Completed with pounding drums and a gurning vocal turn, the track is an arresting outing that spears through a diverse range of issues that younger generations face in the present.
“We’re as scared and angry as any other person our age,” share the band. “If we can provide a soundtrack for people that can relate then we have made a difference.
“We’re not a protest band and not every song will be a protest. We can’t afford to take a day off work and travel to London to add our voice. But we’re not just going to watch TV and read online either.”
