Existing in the same vein as fellow rising indie bands FEET and Squid, Not Fit have settled upon a lucid guitar sound that feels both urgent and dreamy. Married with deft basslines and punchy drumbeats, ‘Fun House’ strikes a frustrated yet emotive chord.
“‘Fun House’ is a love story about the struggle to find balance and harmony amidst tragedy,” share Not Fit of their new single. “At its core, it speaks to how over time, a damaged relationship can blind those involved to detrimental habits and destructive behaviours, leaving both people trapped in a vicious cycle until one breaks.”
