Vienna-based indie pop singer and songwriter OSKA is at her delicate and thought-provoking best on latest single ‘Honeymoon Phase’. The track is moving and often heart-wrenching, with everything from its intrumentation, to its lyrics, to OSKA’s beautiful yet pained vocals crafting a picture of deep longing and a sense of the artist herself being lost. She says of the track, “A lot of my songs deal with some manifestation of trading gold for a honeymoon phase. This particular song is about losing oneself in a relationship for something that in itself isn’t built to last: a honeymoon phase.”
