The product of all of the artists they love most, duo Paco Versailles return with their new single ‘Let It Rain’. It follows their recently releasing track ‘Black and White’.
Channelling a heady dose of disco and funk, the pair – namely guitarist and composer Vahagni and songwriter and producer Ryan Merchant, of Capital Cities – truly embody the music that made them. Inspired by Spanish guitarist Paco De Lucia and Versailles-bred outfits Daft Punk and Air, Paco Versailles is a combination of both their names and their sound.
New single ‘Let It Rain’ deploys a coursing rhythm and playful, flamenco-tinged guitar work alongside irresistible dance and pop sentimentalities. Throw a killer hook in the mix, and this band are evidently on for a win.
