Agata shares a post-break-up revenge anthem “Unusual Behaviour”
Bristol-based songstress Agata returns with brand new single ‘Unusual Behaviour‘ – the fourth and final single of a series of songs recorded over lockdown.
Bathed with atmospheric synthesisers, passionate vocals and a bass-line that jives into tomorrow, this post-breakup revenge anthem is explosive.
Stating her thoughts on the release, Agata shares, “While it might be a song about heartbreak, finding out you have been cheated on, it is not necessarily a sad song, and I didn’t want it to be.
I wrote it [Unusual Behaviour] around the time a friend was going through a tough break-up, and I was just so mad that anyone would dare to hurt someone so giving.
I wanted to encapsulate the mix of disappointment, frustration, and rage, but also the feeling of relief that comes with finding out the truth and no longer being vulnerable to gaslighting.”
Agata adds – “The voice in “Unusual Behaviour” is not one of a victim but of someone you simply should not have messed with – you’ve wronged her, and now she’s coming to get you!”
Unapologetic and distinctive, Agata’s new anthem will speak volumes not only if you’re going through heartache, but if you’re just feeling frustrated in general.
Relatable but mostly wonderful.
