Conch Town Records signing AstroYeti share their latest offering ‘Box Wine’
Displaying what a tight band they are with raw yet polished, dub tinted instrumentation, the band’s impeccable songwriting and wacky sense of humour shine on ‘Box Wine’, backed up by a fittingly quirky music video.
Awash with bright guitar lines, funky bass, swelling organ and infectious offbeat rhythms, the band create a bouncing, energetic and infectious sense of fun as the strikingly charismatic, stylistic lead vocals pull the track forward.
Gradually building its way to a euphoric climax, the single ends with a fuzz drenched, euphoric guitar solo.
Vocalist and guitarist in the band, Mike King shares: “Box wine is a song about chasing your dreams no matter how hard the path might seem and feeling the weight and power of responsibility to actualize those dreams.”
The new single ‘Box Wine’ is released November 18th ahead of the bands debut album which is set for release early next year.
