Deputy told us, ‘I Really I Really’ feels like a mantra to and for myself. A repetitive reminder of that resistance I feel when I truly don’t know how to let something go that is causing me pain. After finishing the track and sitting with it for a while, I could feel how energetically important it was for me to sing those words out loud.’
