Seeking guidance from the past, Max Benjamin’s latest offering ‘All Get Through’ serves as an indie rock future classic
In uncertain times, we’re always looking for some sort of comfort. Max Benjamin’s music does exactly that. Relatable and somewhat shaded in a futuristic sound, the indie rock artist guides listeners through a rollercoaster of hope.
With key influences from The Black Keys, Jimi Hendrix, Arctic Monkeys and Royal Blood to name a few, the lo-fi anthem is taken off the upcoming ‘Out Damn Spot!’ EP.
‘All Get Through’ is the fourth and final song from the “Out Damn Spot!” EP. The first two tracks are quite dark and heavy sounding at times, as they’re about the inception and the spread of a problem. But it’s always darkest before dawn and as we get to the last two tracks of the EP, things start looking up.
So this song is ultimately about hope- we’re all going through difficult and crazy times right now, sometimes it seems like it will never end but eventually we’ll get to the other side of it. For now, I hope people will enjoy the song!
Enhancing the light at the end of the tunnel, ‘All Get Through’ is Max Benjamin at his best. Staying true to his art and creating a pure concept filled with energy. Lo-fi indie mixed with a subtle fragrance of blues, the latest single is coated in charisma.
