Pedro Samp reveals the fascinating offering ‘The Fragrant Killer’
Mysterious just from the front cover, it’s when you start listening to ‘The Fragrant Killer‘ that you release this is a real experience best served on a good set of headphones.
Written and recorded in South West London in a home studio, the track was further mixed and mastered by Natalie Milanesi, a Grammy Winning engineer who worked on Sam Smith’s recent song ‘Unholy’.
Fascinated with movies, Samp started his career writing movie soundtracks at the age of 19 for the mainstream Cinema before embarking on his solo career. As previously mentioned, the single “Sand Song” was featured on “The Anti-Pros” movie soundtrack.
Pedro Samp shares, “Have you ever been unexplainably attracted to someone you can’t stop thinking about it and yet you’re worlds apart? This single is for you.”
It’s a silky offering with layers of character, but what I love the most about this release is that each time you listen, you find something else to love.
The timbre, the texture and the execution is entirely original, what more could you want?
