Sedated Society share the love in their explosive debut single
A band that needs to be on everyone’s radar, Sedated Society could easily become the next big band out of Worcester.
Having already built a name for themselves in Worcestershire and West Midlands surroundings for being a fantastic live band, the outfit now take to the studio for an electrifying debut.
Taking from their forthcoming EP ‘Damage That The Fun Made’, which is out this summer, ‘Share Our Love’ may be a live track, but it captures the heart and soul of the band.
A raw, garage rock attire that blends stoner rock, psychedelia and grunge elements, there’s no limiting this band to one specific genre.
Doing whatever they want to always be true to themselves, ‘Share Our Love’ is youthful and fuelled with attitude in all the right places.
Having all met at Kidderminster College, the band have grown up together and state that rock and roll will never die, it just constantly evolves.
Chris Phee, lead vocalist and guitarist shares the love on the track and tells us, “Share Our Love concerns everyone in the world who at some point may feel marginalised, disjointed and erased from society. Share Our Love is a cry to the public and people who suffer daily not feeling as if they belong.
The message behind the song is to take care of one and other in this highly materialistic and busy world we live in today. This song is for the unpopular people who get forgotten about and hide in the background, something the cool kids cannot comprehend.
This is to the people who don’t fit the brief, who feel like they are fighting a losing battle every day just trying to fit in. We share your love too.”
‘Share Our Love’ feels like an instant classic. When the track is out worldwide tomorrow, share it far and wide, we could be the presence of a band about to become over night sensations.
