Indie rockers The Strands release hard-hitting new single ‘Nothing Else’

On their new release, The Strands quote, “Nothing Else is a coming of age, anthemic track that conveys the story of the songwriter’s ambition to succeed in working class Britain whilst facing the everyday barriers and struggles that life brings.
When the first lockdown hit, we found ourselves really discouraged after having to cancel our headline show. After coming to terms with the fact that everyone is struggling in the same boat right now in the music world, we knew that we had to look at the creative side of things a lot more and decided to completely self-produce. We’re really skint as well at the minute so we thought “why not?” and just went for it. I’d say we came out with a belter too.”
A band that are continuously evolving with each release, their music still stays refreshingly youthful.
