LA based electro pop outfit Valencia are back with vibrant new single “So Sober”
Known for their distinctive songwriting and elevating sound, Valencia are the real deal. Back with their latest vivid offering, “So Sober” specialises in dual vocals, melancholic piano lines and euphoric instrumentation.
Based in California, this two-piece are certainly turning heads with their gorgeously crafted music “So Sober” is their second release of the year and paves the rest of the year nicely along.
Working with producer Alex Angelo (toured with Shawn Mendes, Fifth Harmony, Austin Mahone & Jake Miller), the stylistic offering uses poetic strings and danceable electronic elements to convey its story.
Speaking on the new single the pair said, “This song is for anyone who’s ever been going through it. ‘So Sober’ is about working through the hardship; coming back from the low points in life (losing a job, or a terrible breakup) and when you’re trying to drown it all out, you find someone or something that makes you want to keep going.”
Gaining previous support from CLASH, NOTION, V Magazine and multiple editorial playlists on Spotify and Apple Music, Valencia are about to become a household name, and you heard it here first.
