Saint Raymond teasing second album with ‘Right Way Round’

Featuring a big, big sound with plenty of synths and indie-pop sensibilities, it's clear that he's spent a lot of time developing his sound

We can’t wait for the second album.

Saint Raymond is no stranger to success. His debut album Young Blood was a huge hit with critics everywhere. But now, it’s nearly time for that difficult second album.

‘Right Way Round’ is the first taste of what’s to come from the effort and he’s sure off to a good start. Featuring a big, big sound with plenty of synths and indie-pop sensibilities, it’s clear that he’s spent a lot of time developing his sound even further and is ready to take a further step up.

Speaking on the track, Saint Raymond explains that, “‘Right Way Round’ is about feeling like you’re on the outside, like you’re floating through life and it’s making you feel alone. But the more you scratch the surface and look around you, realise that there’s a load of us who feel like we’re different, on the outside and unsure of the future and that there’s beauty in that.”

The visuals that come alongside the track are a must watch too, an animated lyric video from creators Bjorn Franklin and Johnny Marchetta. Featuring an older man and a fair amount of alcohol…
