Crammed full of infectious grooves, hard-hitting phrases, captivating songwriting, and an awe-inspiring sense of indie pop fun, ‘Do You Really Wanna Know?’ is a rousing advertisement for all that Sea Girls are.

Speaking of his songwriting, frontman Henry Camamile has said that “I don’t buy all the love and flowers stuff. Real relationships fall apart, you get hurt and you have to deal with it so you do what you have to do to get over it. I think what has saved me is music.”

The track is a perfectly bittersweet example of this grounded sense of reality, and as taster for their debut album this track could not have worked better. The sound feels punchier, it feels more concise, and it feels like Sea Girls have really found themselves. Save the date for August 14th, something special may be coming.
