Hailing from Värmdö, a small island off the coast of Sweden’s capital city Stockholm, STRØM had plenty of opportunity to occupy his time as a child. His passion of choice was to delve into music.
Moving from dabbling with instruments to playing in bands and then taking up production, a move to Berlin solidified his sound most recently surmised in new single ‘Last Try’. Taken from his forthcoming debut album and only his second release to date, ‘Last Try’ is a slow-burning electro-pop jam.
Embedded with sturdy beats and awash with lushly rich synths, STRØM’s new outing confidently meanders between pop, electronica, slick riffs and the artist’s softly cooing vocal. It’s a must listen.
